Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Lead Network Architect.

Must be able to:

  • Advise clients and implement new technologies for high-level designs
  • Monitor performance based on specified project requirements
  • Provide technical support for project planning, development, and implementation

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel 20- 30%
  • Previous Network Design experience in data center migrations: relocations, colocations and consolidations projects
  • Previous Network Design experience with Data Center Interconnects (DCI), Leaf/Spine Fabric, and VLAN-Stretching
  • Possesses expert knowledge of the Cisco Nexus product line (9k, 7k, and 5k) and experience with Cisco ASR Routers and Cisco Catalyst switches
  • Posssess expert knowledge of BGP and OSPF and experience with Dark Fiber, DWDM and MPLS
  • 10 years of experience with assessments, project planning, network design and hands on implementation of network infrastructure solutions for highly visible/ large enterprise clients
