Job Summary

A well-known American corporation needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Lead Technical Support Technologist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support/resolution to company engine customers
  • Submit detailed reports concerning inspections, service work, failure analysis, and regional activities
  • Attend conferences, seminars, etc., as the technical support representative

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability and willingness to travel 40-50% (ability to travel within Canada and the Americas)
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering OR
  • High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a support or maintenance engineering position
  • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience servicing and troubleshooting internal combustion engines and/or power generation equipment
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience servicing and troubleshooting internal combustion engines
