Job Summary
An IT company has a current position open for a Telecommute Leadership Services and Consulting Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting talent reviews and leading succession planning initiatives
- Supporting business development activities by leveraging expertise in leadership to recommend possible solutions for client inquiries
- Completing in-depth individual assessments of leadership candidates and incumbents for selection
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 20-30%
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience specializing in executive coaching and/or leadership development
- Master's degree in I-O Psychology, Consulting Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Development or related field
- Proven track record of building and managing client relationships and leading high-visibility consulting projects
- Seasoned professional with experience partnering with senior executives in strategic planning, coaching, organizational development or change management
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management or leadership role
