Job Summary
A non-profit education provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Learning and Development and Culture Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Refining and executing Marketing & Communications learning & development strategic plan to achieve our vision
- Designing systems and processes so staff can capture, organize, and transfer knowledge
- Supporting the planning and execution of team conferences
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel for team meetings 1-2 times per quarter
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience
- Leads with a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusiveness
