A financial technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Learning and Development Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and aligning learning needs, strategies, and tactics
- Performing needs assessments and analyses to identify opportunities
- Facilitating learning and development across multiple delivery mediums
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience working as L&D Manager, Training Manager or other relevant position
- Strong communication skills with the ability to to build relationships with employees
- Experience with effective learning and development methods
- Strong presentation skills and public speaking
- Strong organization skills and diligence in having a self starter mentality and a strong work ethic
