Job Summary

A financial technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Learning and Development Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying and aligning learning needs, strategies, and tactics
  • Performing needs assessments and analyses to identify opportunities
  • Facilitating learning and development across multiple delivery mediums

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years experience working as L&D Manager, Training Manager or other relevant position
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to to build relationships with employees
  • Experience with effective learning and development methods
  • Strong presentation skills and public speaking
  • Strong organization skills and diligence in having a self starter mentality and a strong work ethic
