Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 5yrs' experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements of all types
- BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrable and deep understanding of all types of commercial agreements
- Strong analytical and problem solving experience
- Strong business judgement and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
