A media and IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Legal Software Account Executive in San Jose.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Attaining sales and renewal targets and quotas
• Assisting in customer-related issues
• Completing weekly sales performance reports

Required Skills:

• Ability to work remotely and travel as required
• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years successful sales experience- both over phone and field sales
• Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques
• Proficient in MS Office/Internet
• Proficient database management skills
