Job Summary
A business services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Level 1 Help Desk Associate in Lake Mary.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Fielding incoming requests from end users via telephone, e-mail or other channels
- Documenting all relevant information, steps taken, and resolution
- Utilizing knowledge base, FAQs, peers and all other available resources
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- One or more years of experience in an IT service desk and customer service environment
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Working knowledge of diagnostic tools and techniques
- Strong documentation, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to ensure the customer expectation is exceeded in a timely manner
- Ability to identify and learn appropriate software and hardware
