Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Level 2 Helpdesk Support Technician.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with user authentication, permissions, and encryption, and best practices
- Troubleshooting network print issues
- Working with virtual technologies and remote desktops
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Provide helpdesk support both phone and onsite
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
- Previous experience as desktop support and/or hardware technician
- Knowledge of various Windows operating systems, setup, deployment and troublshooting
