Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Level 2 Helpdesk Support Technician.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with user authentication, permissions, and encryption, and best practices
  • Troubleshooting network print issues
  • Working with virtual technologies and remote desktops

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Provide helpdesk support both phone and onsite
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
  • Previous experience as desktop support and/or hardware technician
  • Knowledge of various Windows operating systems, setup, deployment and troublshooting
