Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Telecommute Level 2 SaaS Customer Support Engineer in Austin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and technical support
  • Troubleshooting issues with complex systems
  • Ensuring customers can operate without encumbrances

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years Customer Support/Service experience
  • Experience with modifying and customizing websites
  • Experience with OSX, Windows, Android, iOS, Chrome Developer Tools, HTML/CSS and JavaScript
  • Able to type at least 60 WPM
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills
