A staffing firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Licensed Masters Social Worker Case Manager in Brooklyn.
Must be able to:
- Provide telephonic care management services
- Provide emotional support to members and families
- Help members maintain a safe and effective home care plan
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to telecommute after 6 months of in-office work
- NYS Licensed Masters Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Case Management experience Required
- Must have prior LMSW Care Management experience
