Job Summary
A provider of health services is filling a position for a Telecommute Licensed Mental Health Care Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Focus on initial inpatient admission for psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
- Make patient assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
- Coordinate benefits and transitions between various areas of care
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Licensed Master's degree in Psychology (or related) or Licensed Ph.D., or an RN with 2+ years of experience in behavioral health
- Active and unrestricted license in CA
- 2+ years post-Masters experience in a related mental health environment
- Must be able to work night 3rd shift
