Job Summary

A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Licensing Coordinator Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with coordination of pre-licensure training & testing
  • Processing applications for resident and non-resident licenses on behalf of agents
  • Performing heavy database entry in which accuracy is critical

Required Skills:

  • Experience with licensing and/or compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to track and account for large amounts of data simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate at all organizational levels
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and analytical ability
