Job Summary

A business education and life coaching company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Life Coaching Industry Customer Experience Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate to improve customer's journey
  • Resolve billing issues and related matters
  • Deliver outstanding, practiced support

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years relevant work experience
  • Strong background in performing customer service-related tasks
  • Software experience with HelpScout, Zendesk, or other helpdesk platforms
  • Software experience with billing software and CRM experience
  • Ability to simplifg systems, processes, and communication flow wherever possible
  • Worked at a tech start up and/or in a virtual environment
