Job Summary

A full-service bank and national mortgage originator is filling a position for a Telecommute Loan Processor III in Montgomery.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Underwriting complex loans (jumbo, Government, multiple loans same borrower)
• Maintaining custom forms/templates/print sets
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations

Qualifications Include:

• 4+ year current mortgage loan processor experience
• HS Diploma, GED, or Foreign Equivalent required
• Solid experience working with multiple loan types
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a pipeline of 25-50 loans
• Strong working knowledge of automated underwriting systems LP/DU
• Experience with FHA and VA underwriting guidelines
