A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Loan Processor in Solon.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Researching applicant credit status/financial position
• Collecting and preparing all necessary documentation for a loan package
• Preparing paperwork on new and existing loans

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is required
• 2+ plus years of prior professional experience as a Mortgage Loan processor
• Extensive knowledge of closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation
• Proficient knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
