A mortgage company has a current position open for a Telecommute Loan Review Specialist 2.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Using inventory checklist to ensure loan files are complete and accurate
  • Accurately reviewing loan documentation and collateral files
  • Verifying accuracy of data between documents and systems

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1-3 year Mortgage Experience
  • Experience Processing or analysis of residential mortgage loans
  • Experience in Good foundation in Mortgage Compliance Guidelines (TRID & RESPA)
  • Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Must be organized, responsible and able to use good judgment
