Job Summary

A logistics technology and services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Logistics Manager Freight Broker in Memphis.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Bringing in and service new customers and carriers
• Continuously evaluating logistics operations, business practices, and process documentation
• Analyzing market drivers and utilize market data to develop and recommend strategies

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3-5 years of experience in a sales focused carrier or broker role at a national firm
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Knowledgeable in relevant modes of transportation
• Strong business acumen for effectively managing costs and revenues
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to focus and stay calm under pressure with a positive attitude
