A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Long Range Capacity Planner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Create statistical model in collaboration with other workforce, operations, and financial teams
  • Collaborate on the creation and delivery of selected vendor locked forecasts

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Math or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in service operations center, call center or Workforce Management
  • 2+ years of experience with Workforce Management software
