Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Long Term Care Nurse Practitioner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing care to members during evening, night, and weekend hours
  • Delivering medical care services to a pre-designated group of enrollees
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

  • Current, unrestricted NP license in Wisconsin plus ability to obtain licenses in all other HUB states
  • Ability to obtain DEA licensure / Prescriptive Authority post-hire in states where applicable
  • 2+ years of experience as an NP
  • Nurse Practitioner national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP
  • Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner
  • A clinical background in adult, family or geriatric specialist
