A management consulting firm providing workforce transformation services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Management Workforce Contract Learning Performance Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Plan and manage efforts to define organizational processes
- Analyze complex programs and make recommendations to streamline and enhance the learner experience
- Create actionable solution designs that solve client issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the areas of performance consulting, adult learning, human performance technology, change management, or training and development
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and project deadlines
- Ability to adapt quickly and easily to changing requirements and needs from internal and external clients
- Use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, expertly
