Job Summary

A food and agriculture company has an open position for a Telecommute Managing Beverage Sales Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing relationships and accountability with executive level of distributor leadership
  • Providing leadership, mentoring and support to direct reports throughout assigned territory
  • Preparing forecasts for shipments, depletions and budgeting for all brands

Required Skills:

  • Ability to execute consistent meetings with top distributor executives in assigned area
  • Bachelor's degree or better
  • Ability to gain insights from analytics to develop Strategic Sales and Marketing Plans
  • Ability to effectively build strong customer relationships with retailers and distributors in territory
  • Ability to successfully raise organizational capability through development and performance management
  • Strong communication skills to provide focus for distributors and internal organization
