Job Summary
A food and agriculture company has an open position for a Telecommute Managing Beverage Sales Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing relationships and accountability with executive level of distributor leadership
- Providing leadership, mentoring and support to direct reports throughout assigned territory
- Preparing forecasts for shipments, depletions and budgeting for all brands
Required Skills:
- Ability to execute consistent meetings with top distributor executives in assigned area
- Bachelor's degree or better
- Ability to gain insights from analytics to develop Strategic Sales and Marketing Plans
- Ability to effectively build strong customer relationships with retailers and distributors in territory
- Ability to successfully raise organizational capability through development and performance management
- Strong communication skills to provide focus for distributors and internal organization
