Job Summary
A non-profit education company is seeking a Telecommute Managing Program Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with the alumni team to ensure long term pathways to employment post corps experience
- Working with regional executive directors and their leadership teams to create support strategies
- Developing and strengthening partnerships with external immigrant campus, local and national organizations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel domestically 1-2 times per month with seasonal frequency
- At least 6 years (preferred) of experience working with the undocumented and immigrant community
- Experience engaging and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to coordinate advocacy efforts
- Demonstrated knowledge of current immigration policies including challenges and opportunities for advocacy
- Demonstrated experience in creating strong communication and support structures
