Job Summary

A financial technology provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Managing Sales Director in the Southeast Region.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Accountability for the overall success of the region
  • Leading, motivating and coaching a team of Sales and Account Executives
  • Developing the sales team in terms of capabilities and performance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Successful track record of generating revenue through selling software, ideally across a broad product space
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence and resilience to interact with the international leadership team
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Ideally, blue-chip background in a fintech company familiar with complex, multi-level, consultative selling combined with the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial high-growth culture
  • Experience of environments where the sales process involves multiple tiers of complex organizations and where the sales cycles are long and consultative
