Job Details
A marketing data company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Services Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the client services team
- Ensuring that marketing and analytics projects are delivered with the highest quality
- Managing a team responsible for all aspects of marketing campaign planning, execution, reporting and optimization
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minor amounts (10-20%) of travel to current and potential clients
- 10+ years of successfully managing and supporting complex marketing programs and solutions for Fortune 500 companies
- Successfully managed a team of CRM professionals and achieved key business outcomes on the client or vendor side
- Experience with designing, developing and/or executing an omni-channel CRM platform
