Job Summary

A marketing data company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Client Services Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the client services team
  • Ensuring that marketing and analytics projects are delivered with the highest quality
  • Managing a team responsible for all aspects of marketing campaign planning, execution, reporting and optimization

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minor amounts (10-20%) of travel to current and potential clients
  • 10+ years of successfully managing and supporting complex marketing programs and solutions for Fortune 500 companies
  • Successfully managed a team of CRM professionals and achieved key business outcomes on the client or vendor side
  • Experience with designing, developing and/or executing an omni-channel CRM platform
