An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Marketplace Team Executive Assistant.

- Maintaining and owning the General Manager’s calendar, serving as a gatekeeper
- Effectively drafting and disseminating communications to both internal and external stakeholders
- Planning, preparing materials, and taking clear and concise notes for internal and external meetings

- Strong writing skills, with consistent attention to detail

- 5-7 years of experience in an administrative support role at the executive level
