Job Summary
A research organization is seeking a Telecommute Medicaid and State Healthcare Programs Senior Research Scientist.
Must be able to:
- Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research studies and analyses
- Provide consultative policy analysis and operational and technical support for federal and state clients
- Independently draft and manage contract proposals and grant applications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Post-COVID, occasional trips to client sites or the office may be required
- Master’s degree in public policy or related fields (training in an array of social science disciplines will be considered)
- At least 9 years' experience in positions of increasing responsibility in health care policy development
- Knowledge of Medicaid, including delivery system reform, provider payment, access to care, and beneficiary experience
- Experience with conducting policy analysis in a government or professional services environment
