Job Summary

A national healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Medicaid Eligibility Regional Director in Montgomery.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Driving operational performance. Ensuring processes, people and analytics are in place to drive production and profitability
• Assuring quality results and adherence to policies, procedures and work standards
• Managing employees across multiple client sites. Establishing adequate staffing levels to effectively manage operations

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required
• If a desired applicant does not have a Bachelor's Degree the requirement can be waived IF they are currently in a Bachelor Degree program
• Minimum five years healthcare management experience with three of these years in the Medicaid Eligibility area for the position
• Relevant education may substitute experience requirement with RCPS Executive approval
