Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Telecommute Medical Appeals Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Being responsible for entire revenue cycle of assigned centers
• Managing overdue insurance and patient accounts process
• Following up all unpaid/denied claims with insurance carriers

Qualifications Include:

• 2-5 years of medical billing experience
• Excellent knowledge of health care billing procedures AND
• Documentation, regulations, payment cycles and standards
• Strong knowledge of computerized billing systems
• Knowledge of ASC billing and coding
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
