Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Medical Benefits Call Center Representative in Las Cruces.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as a Customer Service associate
  • Provide medical benefits verification

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Able to work between 5:00 AM - 8:30 PM
  • Previous experience working as a Customer Service associate in a call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work with different programs and screens with the customer on the line
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
