Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Medical Case Manager.
Must be able to:
- Assure that members with complex medical and/or psychosocial needs have access to health care
- Facilitate member access to healthcare services
- Advocate for the most appropriate care plan
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attend and participate in required meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or RN certification
- Knowledgeable of and consider benefit design and cost-benefit analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively
