Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Medical Coding Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Create training modules and materials to be presented
• Report individual provider and market level coding status
• Perform day to day coding on new providers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to travel occasionally up to 30% and come onsite for meetings
• CPC, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT or RHIA
• At least One (1) year outpatient coding experience
• Proficiency in ICD.10 coding and/or ICD.10 certification
