A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Medical Collections Specialist in Bedford.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing patient collections in regards to their hospital account
- Assisting customers for payment resolution of their outstanding balances on their accounts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Position requires onsite training in Irving, TX for up to 5 weeks
- Strong ability to meet production goals while simultaneously maintaining quality standards
- Strong verbal / written communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED completion
- Remote workers to have a minimum bandwidth and/or workstation physically connected to a Cable/DSL router, and may be required to meet other technology specific requirements
