Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Medical Finance Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading close processes for physician compensation and revenue accruals each month
• Preparing variance analyses and financial narratives each month
• Being responsible for monthly financial reporting and analytics for nationally

Required Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role
• Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-growing company
• Experience and interest in researching solutions for problems encountered
• Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and develop new processes/analyses as required
• A desire to drive results, execute on tasks, and prioritize deadlines
