Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Medical High Needs Product Development Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create strategies, priorities, plans, as well as executing those plans
- Translate business goals and objectives into actionable, value-driven strategies that support the Advocacy model
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to set goals, prioritize work, an align on quality and delivery expectations
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience with product, strategy or capability development and deploying new assets
- 2+ years of proven experience developing and deploying data, technology, and services that enable successful products
- Leadership experience
- Robust understanding of current technologies, third party vendors, and agile development
- A proven track record of building, deploying, delivering, and successfully navigating within a large, complex organization
