Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Medicare D Client Operations Advisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Support action plan or Corrective Action Plan creation & remediation efforts
  • Address client’s Customer Care and Mail Ops inquiries
  • Collaborate with Client Audit to fulfill Customer Care Audit requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4 or more years in PBM Operations experience
  • OR 3 years PBM Operations experience plus 1 or more years of Healthcare Project Team experience
  • Medicare Part D experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
