Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Medicare Sales Team Leader in Kansas City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Coaching agents
• Managing the daily operations of a team of agents
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals

Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 or more years of related work experience depending on degree level
• At least 1 year of management experience
• Inside sales experience in a Medicare and/or individual sales environmen
• Knowledge of CMS rules and regulations
• Must be able to obtain an Insurance License in the relevant state
