Job Summary

A non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommute Membership Engagement Manager in Columbia.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor member onboarding and retention communication efforts
  • Determine membership goals and provide ideas on how to reach our growth potential
  • Create and execute a customer service program to increase member satisfaction and engagement

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 10-20% travel may be required, depending on the candidate's location
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills in AMS systems and, experience in moving to a new AMS a plus, ability to learn and manage multiple computer software packages quickly
  • Exemplary customer service skills and outgoing personality to provide service for a creative, passionate membership base
  • Professional written and verbal communications skills
