Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Mergers and Acquisitions and Investing Deal Team.
Must be able to:
- Synthesize external and internal research
- Partner with teams and leaders to evaluate, execute, and integrate max ROI investments and acquisitions
- Create executive and board-facing briefs that enable the organization to make informed decisions on key strategic issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of quality work experience with a background in Private Equity or Venture Capital
- Strong critical thinking skills and passion for solving ambiguous or complex business issues
- A self-starting mentality and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth and often ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Exceptional written and communication skills
