Job Summary
A web hosting company has an open position for a Telecommute Mid Level L1 Web Hosting Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Solving web technology problems using chat, email and phone
- Installing, configuring, maintaining and solving errors for content management systems including, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc
- Explaining how DNS and web design tools work
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

- In-depth experience with cPanel
- Ability to troubleshoot website and email problems
- Great communication skills
- Must have experience working in the web hosting industry
