Job Summary

An education technology company has a current position open for a Middle School General Education Health and PE Teacher.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Deliver specific course content in an online environment
• Take ownership for student’s academic progress and attendance
• Prepares students for high stakes standardized tests

Required Skills:

• Able to travel as required, on average once per month and/or approximately 10%
• Bachelor's degree
• 6 months of student teaching experience
• Meet requirements for Highly Qualified Teacher in subject area under No Child Left Behind
• Pedagogical knowledge of content being taught and ability to apply critical thinking
