Job Summary
An online education company is in need of a Telecommute Middle School High School Science Teacher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare students for high stakes standardized tests
- Conduct live Synchronous Teaching
- Submit grades and required student work
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 months of student teaching experience
- Meet requirements for Highly Qualified Teacher in subject area under NCLB
- Pedagogical knowledge of content being taught
- Knowledge of state content standards and ability to align those with K12 curriculum
