Job Summary
A security company has a current position open for a Telecommute Military and Veteran Talent Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing processes and partnerships to manage the military and veteran talent channels
- Conducting active candidate pre-screening in support of active requisitions
- Creating strategies for medium and long term hiring solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel for conferences, signature hiring events, corporate sponsored training and more
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ experience (4 additional years’ experience may serve in lieu of a degree)
- Expert user in one or more applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Kenexa Brassring/Talent Suite
- Fundamental capability managing your sourcing desk in CRM tools such as Avature or similar
- Demonstrated past ability to convert passive talent to successful candidates
- Experience with event-driven recruiting processes
