Job Summary

A mortgage company has a current position open for a Telecommute Mortgage Closer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating and communicating with mortgage bankers, lenders representatives and settlement agents
  • Working with settlement agent and loan officer to facilitate closing date
  • Obtaining preliminary figures and tax certification from the settlement agent

Qualifications Include:

  • Competence with TRID regulations
  • Advanced math and calculation skills
  • Experience in preparation of Closing Disclosure
  • Familiar with conventional, FHA, USDA and VA loan products
