Job Summary

A credit repair company is seeking a Telecommute Mortgage Industry Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Process supplement requests from the MCL inbox
  • Work supplement requests by taking appropriate action
  • Meet or exceeds daily production quotas

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to train onsite in Evergreen, Colorado for 2 weeks
  • Must be able to work a scheduled late shift one day a week
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Must become FCRA certified
  • Experience in the mortgage and/or credit reporting industries
  • Other requirements as outlined in the job description
