Job Summary

A financial services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Closer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing loan documents for closing in a timely manner
• Preparing and reviewing loan files to ensure all conditions are cleared and file is ready to close
• Coordinating delivery of closing documents to the settlement agent and coordinate receipt of Closing Disclosure

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of residential mortgage closing and funding.
• Ability to maintain a knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements, and industry changes
• Demonstrated computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic mail software
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
