Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Review loan approvals and address all conditions required for underwriting and closing
  • Schedule and track of closing dates, contingency dates and loan lock expirations
  • Work closely with our Loan Officers to ensure a timely and accurate experience for our clients

Required Skills:

  • Experience using Fannie Mae's Desktop Underwriter and Freddie Mac's Loan Prospector
  • A commitment to integrity and customer service
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent disposition, mindset, communication skills and work ethic
