Job Summary
A nationwide banking and financing company is in need of a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Processor .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing mortgage loan records, files and correspondence from application through approval
- Assuring compliance with bank, regulatory and investor guidelines and customer service standards.
- Communicating with customers, internal staff, brokers, counsel, title companies, etc.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of experience in mortgage loan processing and closing activities
- Thorough knowledge of credit policies and approval processes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
