A staffing and recruiting agency is in need of a Telecommute Mortgage Operations Recruiter in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing high volumes-sourcing and full lifestyle recruiting to all operations positions
  • Owning the full life cycle recruiting process including job postings, proactive sourcing, building a talent pipeline, etc

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or similar, or Mortgage industry equivalent experience
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience, or related
  • Mortgage industry background
