Job Summary

A customer-focused provider of mortgage services has a current position open for a Telecommute Mortgage Services Scheduler I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our customers
• Utilizing databases to identify available signing agents
• Confirming scheduled signing appointments with borrowers and signing agents, notary/attorney, and update system

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Knowledge in MS office (Computer savvy)
• Ability to attend training 9a-6pm
• Ability to work the shift 11AM to 8PM PST; availability to work every other Saturday (OT)
• Successfully communicate with internal team members and external parties
